Summary:The article explores the emergence of ludopedagogy in social work training, particularly within academic teachings, to optimize and better embed fundamental knowledge for learners. The pedagogical EG organized by IRTS Nouvelle-Aquitaine, whose latest edition took place on May 31, 2024, serves as a perfect illustration of this approach. This event immersed the 230 participating students in a treasure hunt-inspired universe, requiring them to apply their theoretical knowledge in social policies and law, covered throughout the year in various training units. This pedagogical innovation was highly appreciated by the learners, and the teaching team has measured its benefits. By incorporating digital tools, ludopedagogy is well-suited to the challenges of future training.
