| Итог: | The rapid emergence of generative artificial intelligence technologies is confronting organizations with significant ethical and operational challenges. With unprecedented speed, the progress of generative AI and its large-scale diffusion are generating numerous tensions, such as the need to ensure user security while encouraging innovation and experimentation. This requires the implementation of specific governance tools. This situation has led to a focus on developing usage charters aimed at striking the right balance between these different issues. This exploratory study proposes a framework for developing such charters, based on a multi-level maturity approach. The methodology relies on the insights from a multidisciplinary working group led by the Essec Chair of Change and composed of companies and academic experts, supplemented by individual interviews and a review of academic literature. The results recommend three levels of charters (basic, intermediate, advanced) adapted to different degrees of risk exposure. A participatory approach involving all stakeholders is advocated, as well as agile governance processes and rigorous monitoring. While this approach opens up interesting avenues, further developments will be necessary to refine the links with an organizational maturity framework. |
