Although it is proposed for the Italian case, it may be applicable to the more general situation observed in western countries.The first section illustrates the Author point of view concerning the social emergency of the problem, the second section gives a description of the problem and the third section describes the objectives of the model.Sections four and five describe the model while the sixth section illustrates a computer program which runs the model. |
