| Zusammenfassung: | This article analyzes the influence of Open Strategy (OS) practices on the strategic paradigm. In the 1990s, Johnson's work demonstrated that managers' beliefs could sometimes lead to strategic missteps in response to environmental changes. More recently, the OS stream has proposed addressing these strategic biases and enhancing the relevance of decision-making by relying on the inclusion of multiple stakeholders and transparency in strategic thinking. Based on two longitudinal intervention research studies, our findings show how OS practices contribute to clarifying, formalizing, and transforming the organization's strategic paradigm. |
