In this way, this action highlights both the urgency to act more quickly and the difficulty of fighting against the effects of global warming while preventing its acceleration. The diversity of the areas concerned attests to this: the development of renewable energies and "green industries", the production of nuclear energy, the fight against forest fires and the fight against land artificialization.L’année 2023 est placée sur le plan législatif sous le signe de l’accélération, la simplification ou la facilitation de l’action publique dans le domaine de l’environnement, et notamment des collectivités territoriales. En cela cette action souligne à la fois l’urgence à agir plus vite et la difficulté de lutter contre les effets du réchauffement climatique tout en prévenant son accélération. La diversité des domaines concernés l’atteste : le développement des énergies renouvelables et des « industries vertes », la production d’énergie d’origine nucléaire, la lutte contre les incendies de forêt et la lutte contre l’artificialisation des sols.Cairn restricted access |
