| Résumé: | The year 2023 is placed on the legislative level under the sign of the acceleration, simplification or facilitation of public action in the field of the environment, and in particular of local authorities. In this way, this action highlights both the urgency to act more quickly and the difficulty of fighting against the effects of global warming while preventing its acceleration. The diversity of the areas concerned attests to this: the development of renewable energies and "green industries", the production of nuclear energy, the fight against forest fires and the fight against land artificialization. |
