| Gaia: | The aim of this study is to investigate the mediating role of resilience on the relationship between organisational change and job satisfaction in state-owned enterprises in Benin. Using a quantitative methodological approach based on a structural equation model, we surveyed employees working in 150 public companies in Benin. The results reveal a partial mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between organisational change and job satisfaction of employees in public companies in Benin. They also show the importance of effective change management in promoting employee resilience and, consequently, job satisfaction in the context of public enterprises in Benin. |
