The results of a qualitative study show the existence of a conscious and partial mimicry, responding to an informational logic to strengthen the legitimacy of the moroccan University.L’Université marocaine a connu des changements profonds au cours des deux dernières décennies. Ces changements sont accompagnés par des réformes toutes plus au moins inspirées par des modèles de référence. Cet article propose une des premières tentatives d’explication du choix d’adoption des réformes à travers le concept du mimétisme organisationnel. Les résultats d’une étude qualitative montrent l’existence d’un mimétisme conscient et partiel, répondant plus à une logique informationnelle pour renforcer la légitimité de l’Université marocaine.Cairn free access |
