| Résumé: | Moroccan university has undergone profound changes over the last two decades. These changes are accompanied by reforms inspired mostly by reference models. This article offers one of the first attempts to explain the choice of adopting reforms through the concept of organizational mimicry. The results of a qualitative study show the existence of a conscious and partial mimicry, responding to an informational logic to strengthen the legitimacy of the moroccan University. |
