| Özet: | The objective of this research article is to define a link between the concept of appropriation of management tools and the indispensable social support role of the healthcare manager. In a context of modernization of hospital structures, we endeavor to present this appropriation dynamic according to the dimensions presented in the literature. In our research approach, we conducted an exploratory survey in order to determine the extent to which the healthcare manager redefines their social support role in the face of the need to understand and master the management tools implemented in a healthcare department. This allows us to discuss the interest for healthcare managers to readapt their emotional and informative support according to the situation encountered in the field. |
