| Summary: | Flexible management of human resources using temporary work has its limits, especially in emerging countries, because of the precariousness suffered by most temporary employees. This precarious image conveyed by the temporary work is paradoxical with the constraints of the adoption of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The objective of this research work is to highlight the contribution of HR outsourcing, in wage portage, as an alternative to temporary work and a management method to resolve the CSR paradox and the use of temporary work. This article is based on a case study of a large Moroccan company with an international reach that chose to swap temporary work for HR outsourcing in the perspective of a win-win strategy for the benefit of the company and the employee. |
