| 要約: | This study analyzes the dietary practices of people aged sixty-five and over, living at home, in an urban setting. It aims to give an account of the various experiences of ageing in relation to food. A purposive sampling method allowed for the selection of fourteen older adults in the municipality of Yopougon and seven in the municipality of Koumassi. In total, twenty-one interviews were carried out from September 18 to 25, 2023. Three major facts emerge from this analysis : Ageing and public health discourse influence the eating habits of older people ; there is difficulty accessing certain food products due to the decline in their purchasing power ; and family members who interact with older people play an important role in their ageing experiences, particularly regarding nutrition. These results are useful for the dietary management of older adults. |
