| 總結: | This article addresses the reform of training for physical education and sports (PE) teachers in Tunisia, from the perspective of the implementation process for the Bachelor-Master-Doctorate (BMD) model. It identifies the impacts of shifting to the BMD system on the professionalisation of future PE teachers in Tunisia. The study falls within the field of education policy analysis (Green, Camili and Elmore, 2006; Lessard, Desjardins, Schwimmer and Ann, 2008). The qualitative research approach adopted was implemented using semi-structured individual interviews (21) and group interviews (2) with 29 informants selected using a mixed non-probability sampling strategy. The transcribed interviews were subject to content analysis using the mixed categories model (L’Écuyer, 1990). Based on an examination of the results, we argue that the new form of PE teacher training in Tunisia results in deprofessionalisation. |
