| Summary: | This article aims at mapping and commenting the legal debate that has gone on in the Revue des études slaves during the century of activity of the Institute. We take into account both the philosophical and practical aspects of the part the Institute and the Revue have played in providing a space for dialogue between diverse legal frameworks and perspectives, in order to analyze how legal subjects were discussed in all the editions of the Revue. Considering law as a language game, we underline the relationships between the legal points examined in our analysis and the literary and linguistic issues also debated in the Revue’s editions. This article intends to provide future researchers with an analysis of the legal debate that has developed across the years in the pages of the Revue. |
