Zusammenfassung:The Advisory Opinion OC-27/21 issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, which provides an interpretation of the general scope of States’ obligations under the Inter-American System on the rights to freedom of association, collective bargaining, and strike with a gender perspective.
