| Sammanfattning: | The European Commission’s action plan on the social economy of December 2021 renews the European Union’s involvement in this area, after more than ten years of focus on social enterprise, which is now integrated into the social economy. This communication constitutes an official consecration of the social economy, conceived in an open manner with regard to multiple activities and themes. The Commission’s orientation differs from the exclusively statutory and regulatory approaches used in the past. Forced to be modest in a context that is not very favourable to the development of European law, the Commission has drawn up a reticular strategy both by the multiplicity of targeted measures and by the appeal to numerous public and private players. |
