Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:This study seeks to clarify the various aspects of labor migration. It examines the concerns of migrant workers’ countries of origin and destination, and the goals of the major international institutions charged with addressing these issues. It then examines the applicable supranational rules, looking at their ability to resolve the difficulties observed. The conclusions emphasize the usefulness of the provisions adopted at supranational level, but also their shortcomings and needs in adjusting to the accelerating pace of globalization.
