| Samenvatting: | La sociologia in Italia. Strutture universitarie e organizzazione della ricerca (1973) explores the theoretical ’reasons’ of dissent from the sociology of Croce, Gentile and Gramsci, and a subsequent rapprochement between sociologists and Gramscian studies, by the work of two important reflections by Pizzorno and Gallino in 1958. Explores the multiplication of teachings and locations, both university and non-university, of sociological research, mostly dedicated to problems of development and underdevelopment of Italian society. He points out numerous critical issues in this process of affirmation: lack of a centre, ephemeral extra-academic penetration, difficult dialogue with a reformist politician who is himself weak. |
