| Izvleček: | This paper deals with organization analysis of scientific activity, and more specifically with the nature of relationship between individuals and their organization in the wider frame of cognitive contexts.The goal is a detailed investigation and explanation of scientific activity.The paper will criticize the traditional view of organization as “container of individuals” as well as “container of work processes”, in contrast this article conceives individuals in terms of basic components of organizations.At the same time it is criticized the view according to which scientific work is basically an individual activity, enhancing, on the contrary, its nature of cognitive process, its social and organizational background. |
