| Samenvatting: | Any form of collective action poses a governance problem understood, a priori, as relating to the finalization, conduct and control of the action. This question of governance cannot be addressed independently of a fundamental representation of collective action expressing what justifies its existence and underlies the trajectory of its development. The project-based theory of enterprise, valid for collective action in general, lays the collective project at the foundation of any such action. Thus is asserted the idea that the Principal is the collective project, the common good of the collective, which is to ensure collective control. The development of this conception leads to a redefinition of the notion of governance as governance of the project and by the project. The originality of this conception leads us to understand what it brings to debates on governance on the epistemological and theoretical levels. |
