| Résumé: | This article examines a particular aspect of the out-patient treatment of drug addicts, their family and friends. Indeed, when one works in a centre that specialises in the care of drug addicts, what can one - or what should one - say and not say to the professionals who send users to us or to whom we direct these people? What are the hazards from which we must protect ourselves in matters of communication between colleagues? Is there a "happy medium" between the points of view of ethics and efficiency? These are the questions that the author tries to answer. In this contribution, the author shows from specific examples that the dynamics of a network have an influence on the quality of care given to a patient. |
