| Sumari: | Social work, as a professional space and as a field of knowledge, is also present in training and competitions provided by ministries other than that of solidarity. This is particularly the case for Bts and But, resulting from training provided in high schools and iuts, which offer specialties in the medico-social and social field. They train professionals who, depending on the positions they subsequently occupy, can participate in activities in the field of social action. They have acquired the culture and skills which allow them to intervene, in a complementary manner, before or in support of the intervention of social workers. These training courses, offered as a post-baccalaureate in high school or in iut, offer real opportunities to discover the social work sector and can constitute a first step before a course in strict social work, as we often see in esf towards the deCesf. This openness to social work is also expected, at a high level, at the medico-social sciences teacher training degree, testifying to the proximity of the expertise of certain National Education professionals to the field of social action. |
