Izvleček:Although cooperation between social work training institutions and universities already exists, the inclusion of social intervention training in the field of higher education continues to be debated, as do the issues of recognition that arise from it. The increased development of social work training institutions-university collaboration often seems to refer the players involved back to competitive and identity-based concerns about their own fields, which does not leave enough space for an opening on innovation despite the fact that the context of the social work sector’s crisis of attractiveness calls for it. The aim of this article is to provide an overview of the current situation and the questions being raised within the unaforis network on this subject. An opportunity to reconsider what this search for recognition by social work training institutions truly entails, and the foundations of certain reluctance expressed attesting this lack of mutual recognition. Above all, it provides an opportunity to show what cooperation between social work training institutions and universities might look like when its contours are redefined in a way to be mutually more advantageous, wondering whether these collaborations reflect a “win-win” formula based on balanced and complementary reciprocal links.
