| الملخص: | How can we think about the possible future of social worker training without simultaneously questioning the aims of their action? This disruptive article turns its back on restrictive definitions of “social work” to explore the wider perimeter of social intervention; it considers – with Le Boterf – that competence is as much a collective construct as an individual one; and it asserts that the purpose of social intervention is “political”, since its mission is to guarantee social cohesion in our societies faced with enormous upheavals (demographic, climatic, digital, etc.). Under what conditions will our already fragile social intervention system be able to cope with these major upheavals that are shaking our society? What kind of social workers will tomorrow be able to prevent the new risks of social fracture they herald? How can the training system help to prepare them better? These are just some of the challenges that social intervention training must meet if we are to be ready for 2050. |
