Riassunto:The objective of this article is to show that, beyond the modalities of social work training, such as work-study, apprenticeship, blocks of skills in initial or continuing training, the latter refer to relations of interdependence, setting up configurations where different public and private actors intervene in training engineering. This process puts forward a double movement, that of an individualization of training courses, different temporalities as well as fragmented productions of the training. The first movement takes place within the territories defined by the public authorities, where the actions carried out by private and public actors in the field of social formations are carried out or undone in a competitive mode. In this changing context that we question the place and role of social work training School.
