| Tóm tắt: | This text presents a technique of cooperation of occupational health physicians from a same inter-company unit in order to develop professional rules based on the experience of clinical investigation of enigmatic or complicated work situations. It involves discussing a clinical case written in advance by a volunteer physician, analysing it from all possible angles (including political ones) and making a form of diagnosis of it, helping then the person who wrote it to move into action. During the session, two doctors take notes and I always write the final report. The complete document is then sent to each of the participants as a possible resource to use if needed. Here are presented the first session and two “stories” from the last session, in 2007. |
