| Özet: | This article looks at the issues inherent in establishing a therapeutic framework within prison environments. It examines the relevance of the psychoanalytic treatment model in light of the difficulties posed by prison settings. In this space of temporal and spatial confinement, the therapist faces many institutional limitations when constructing and establishing their therapeutic framework. Nevertheless, the transference relationship can still develop thanks to the specific arrangements that can be made within the prison environment. These adjustments open up possibilities for psychoanalytic therapy that go beyond the standard approaches laid out by Freud. |
