| Izvleček: | Between 2020 and 2023, 78 adults who had experienced exclusion and precariousness and were involved in associative movements joined a 15-month pre-qualifying training course for social professions, as part of the experimental “OSEE” (Osons les Savoirs de l’Expérience de l’Exclusion) project. Supported by ATD Fourth World, OSEE had the dual aim of converting the experiential knowledge of these people into professional skills, and of shaking up the lines and relationships of domination within social intervention by integrating people with experience of vulnerability.
