| Gaia: | AbstractThis article aims to identify and analyze the images of adolescents emerging from Colombian and Mexican films that have appeared in the last 10 years. The studio takes as a corpus the tapes Perras (2011), Estrella del sur (2013), La jaula de oro (2013), Mateo (2014). The analysis is based on a poetic, social and political reading of the films, which allows recognizing some elements of the cinematographic language and, at the same time, establishing the discourses on adolescence posed by the films. Specifically, the figure of the body and utopias will be explored in the construction of these other teens narrated from the Latin American context. |
