| Özet: | In his commentary on Todd Field’s film Tár, released in 2022, the author defines the notion of parallax from a philosophical point of view and uses it to portray the main character, a famous female conductor and composer. He notes that, both because of the different points of view from which she is observed and because of her own ontological variations, this character has been variously apprehended by critics. In his view, the challenge of the film is to show, through the artist and her work, how horror can be lodged at the heart of beauty. |
