Descripció
Sumari:This study aims to emphasize the matrixial importance of ritual weeping in relation to Greek tragedy and medieval Passion plays. Then, we will attempt to show that the different nuances of grief expressed by Mary in Passion plays are primarily indebted to popular manifestations of mourning.
