Description
Résumé:In light of the challenges regarding the "15-minute city" model to low-density areas, the "30-minute territory" concept emerges as a new managerial compass. This approach marks a paradigm shift, transitioning from a neighborhood-centric logic to that of a functional living area (bassin de vie), and from top-down planning to collective territorial intelligence. This perspective proposes to explore this original concept of the half-hour territory through a cross-cutting analytical framework, articulating spatial planning, public management, social equity, and territorial strategy.
