Opis
Streszczenie:Some entrepreneurial projects succeed locally while others fail, without any apparent differences. This question is crucial in the context of public support for reindustrialization. To explore this issue, we use an analytical framework that combines entrepreneurial and territorial determinants of entrepreneurial projects, which we have tested on two seemingly similar cases (the organic agri-food sector in rural areas). By intersecting entrepreneurial approaches and regional science, this article proposes to analyze the conditions for project success through a comprehensive approach that begins with the project itself while closely examining its relationship with the territory throughout its development process. We thus show how entrepreneurship develops not only by relying on the entrepreneur’s advantageous characteristics and entrepreneurial ecosystem but also on the dynamics and resources of the territory in which it is located. This cross-analysis enriches current entrepreneurial research and confirms both the territorial specificities and the impossibility of generalizing the assets of certain areas (e.g., rural ones) in the current reindustrialization process.
