The french jurisprudence contributes to the education of French entrepreneurs; it teaches them to find out before making an important decision. This present study is extracted from a doctoral thesis defended at the university of Artois, the title of which was: The creation of the National foreign trade office (1883-1898): mastery of international competitive information and french power strategy.
