Özet:The economical “Aryanization” has been used as a study object only recently. It has never been at the core of the economical study of France under Vichy government. It’s a denial of the myth of a Jewish capitalism; if not, should we understand that an important part of the French economy is ignored by historians? This topic has been treated in relation to Vichy history since ten years only. This is the achievement that this article is trying to emphasize. After being identified, listed (laws of June 1941) and banned (orders from June to August) by the “Aryanization” process of different corporations, the Jews of the South area have been deprived of theirs goods. This was called the economical “Aryanization”, slowly established in the early summer of 1941. The North area was already installing it. It reaches a peak during the summer. In winter 1942, with the arrival of the Nazi troops, the harbour of Marseilles stopped its traffic for two years. This winter was for the Jews a time of raids and of deportation. The machine of the administration ran crazy, depriving people of their own goods. The confinement of people rose. The only way-out for people was to put oneself out of law or to run away.
