Résumé:In 1938, after ruling the country for nearly fifteen years, the Fascist regime decided to persecute the Jews. The antisemitic legislation as severe as the one later instituted by the French state under the Vichy regime, comprised economic measures which covered the entire range of economic activities : “Aryanisation”, financial spoliation. This article clarifies the impact and the significance of the measurements of spoliation in the totalitarian political system of fascim in the successive contexts of 1938-1943 and of the Italian social Republic.
