Sammanfattning:The clinic for children and adolescents since the Covid pandemic reveals a shift from classic functional disorders (eating, sleep), allergies or behavioral disorders to painful symptoms that may or may not be associated with conversive neurological disorders but are always complicated by extreme fatigue with serious social and family consequences. Given this clinical observation shared by our pediatrician and child psychiatrist colleagues, multiple therapeutic approaches are possible and complementary. Our psychosomatic specificity reflects the theoretical hypotheses proposed since the creation of the Paris School of Psychosomatics by its founders and their successors. They took an immediate interest in the psychopathology of pain, allergies and fatigue, providing us with theoretical tools that remain relevant today. The experience of group psychodrama for young adolescents allows us to continue the Freudian psychoanalytic reflection on the incorporation/excorporation couple involved in the psychopathology of the young patients, whose psychic apparatus is constructed in an often traumatic context that weakens their narcissism and the elaboration of object loss.
