Итог:Through a clinical illustration, we will show that around the time of birth, parents experience, without being prepared for it and most often without knowing it, profound changes, traumatic actualization, and the reactivation of Oedipal conflict. This context of disruption tests their composure and their ability to cope with the gap between the fantasized baby and the real baby. The mother-baby psychosomatic economy thus constitutes a sometimes violent confrontation between the compulsion to repeat and the vital dynamism exacerbated by the baby’s instinctual force, if the third party is absent. Maternal care will be life-giving to the extent that it is libidinalized in both the mother and the father, thus promoting a drive entanglement in the baby. The mother’s rejection of the feminine prevents her from actively investing in passivity, giving way to a disorganized excitement to which the child reacts immediately, hindering the premises of its psychic organization.
