| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | The author examines the theoretical currents that underpin and orient his psychoanalytic practice with children, notably Marty and Fain’s conceptualization of mentalization, Ody’s notion of the “oedipal attractor” and Diatkine’s emphasis on the centrality of transference. These frameworks assist him in elaborating his countertransference and in containing the psychic disorganization manifested by young patients. This is illustrated through the treatment of Alif, a markedly inhibited child who engages in play scenarios of large-scale destruction, revealing a severely limited capacity for mentalization. Through the use of psychodramatization and the introduction of restraint within the play setting, Alif progressively shifts toward more structured scenarios in which lack, demand, and object differentiation become discernible. Nonetheless, issues linked to the primal scene remain disorganizing, attesting to an underlying prepsychotic vulnerability. The author concludes that these theoretical instruments function as a containing framework that supports his reflective work and modulates his countertransference at moments when the patient’s instinctual pressure intensifies. |
