| Résumé: | In tribute to Patrice Rolland, who died on October 30, 2022, the Revue française d’histoire des idées politiques publishes his graduate thesis devoted to the political philosophy of Simone Weil (1971). Written at a time when Simone Weil’s political thought was only approached as a particular aspect of her work, this work adopts an innovative approach, extended by subsequent academic research, consisting of bringing to light the general unity of Weilian thought through the particular prism of its political dimension. |
