Descripció
Sumari:In the early 1980s, an academic movement emerged around management approaches inspired by art, aiming to place aesthetics at the heart of organizational analysis. Originating from two distinct branches, this multifaceted movement gradually took shape, and began to propose an alternative form of managerial thinking. Tracing its history in detail, the authors show how encounters between academic, cultural, and artistic fields can be fruitful, while noting that their performativity remains limited. They conclude by highlighting the institutional challenges faced by these hybrid approaches and the experiments undertaken by their proponents.
