Description
Résumé:This article shows how technology is contributing to the financialization of the medico-social sector by invoking a market ideology in the name of supposed efficiency. This ideology is constructed through a common language (1), a consensus on the benefits of competition (2), and a transfer of regulatory responsibilities (3). This “technologized” financialization is based on a reputedly neutral technology, which is given the place of politics in pricing decisions.
