Résumé:Performance is dead, long live robustness! For Olivier Hamant, the paradigm of performance is no longer adapted to a world in polycrisis. The violence of competition, which is destroying natural and human ecosystems, must be replaced by the need for cooperation, to ensure robustness in the face of fluctuations. This calls into question the very axiology of a discipline that is still too obsessed with the quest for competitive advantage, which is the very opposite of robustness. In the end, O. Hamant calls for a paradigm inversion, paving the way for new approaches. Hamant is inviting, opening the way to exciting new approaches to strategic management!
