Based on an action research project conducted in a major French hospital, this article investigates the type of dialogue engineering that can support players in the face of injury risk. Two dimensions are highlighted: 1) the ritualization that reconstructs reference points in the unpredictable exercise of dialogue, and 2) the re-establishment of the rules of ordinary civility.L’article s’intéresse à la question du dialogue sur le travail et à ses obstacles en étudiant le risque de blessure auquel chacun est exposé, dans le dialogue avec l’autre. Ce risque est pensé depuis les travaux en économie et en philosophie de Bruni (2014) et Esposito (2000). À partir d’une recherche-intervention au sein d’un grand hôpital français, l’article étudie quelle ingénierie du dialogue peut venir soutenir les acteurs face au risque de la blessure.
