| Résumé: | This article looks at the issue of dialogue about work and its obstacles by studying the risk of injury to which each actor is exposed when in dialogue with others. In the fields of economics and philosophy, this risk has been examined in the works of Bruni (2014) and Esposito (2000). Based on an action research project conducted in a major French hospital, this article investigates the type of dialogue engineering that can support players in the face of injury risk. Two dimensions are highlighted: 1) the ritualization that reconstructs reference points in the unpredictable exercise of dialogue, and 2) the re-establishment of the rules of ordinary civility. |
