Description
Résumé:Public-Private Interaction in Continuing Education In France, the system of public continuing education has been built up in successive layers, driven by numerous actors (the state, municipalities, religious and non-religious associations, unions, company organizations, etc.) with diverse motives. This has resulted in insufficient coordination. If public and private in some ways compete and in others cooperate, the growing awareness of an individual right to continuing education will probably lead to a new definition of their interaction. In this sense, much can be learned from the experience of other European countries.
