Özet:Players in the social and solidarity economy (SSE) in general, and associations in particular, are regularly called upon to account for their meritorious specificities, especially when their means of action fall largely within the economic or even profit-making sphere. On this point, the legal concept of social utility, on which the SSE law of 31 July 2014 is largely based, helps to reinforce the distinction between these new modes of enterprise and the traditional capitalist economy.
