| Résumé: | In a multidisciplinary approach, this article analyses the attention that the 2014 SSE Law has paid to associative social entrepreneurship and the socio-political contribution of which associations are potentially the crucible. In contrast to European law, the 2014 Law does not recognise the economic category of social enterprise while considering the entrepreneurial properties of the Association. As for the socio-political dimension of the association, the law ignores the principle of reciprocity, and the legal expression of local public spaces and processes for the co-construction of public policies lacks consistency. |
