| Shrnutí: | The SSE Law of 2014 brought legal recognition to an organizational model based on fundamental principles including democratic or participative governance, non-profit or supervised profit-making. Based on statistical work, this article highlights that while this law has undeniably contributed to the legibility of the SSE, the figures reveal that the sector has not been accompanied by the expected development. The impact of the law in France is far from having achieved its stated objectives in terms of change of scale and transformation of the business world, which are still in the making. |
