| Streszczenie: | What can we learn from the comparison and perspective of two framework laws that have spanned a decade: la Loi sur l'économie sociale au Quebec (2013) and la Loi relative à l'économie sociale et solidaire en France (2014)? This exploratory research focuses on laws and their application. Part 1 is on the content of the common provisions of the laws, then on their institutionalization and development process. Part 2 is on the content of the trajectories and on the process of implementing the laws. Without making them explicit, we first mobilize the theory of regulation and that of social movements, then the organizational and strategic approaches. |
